The Service coordinates day-to-day care tasks among invited family members and caretakers. It supplements — and never replaces — professional medical judgment and direct supervision.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your password private; accounts access sensitive health information.
• Log events accurately and promptly; others rely on these records.
• Acknowledge alerts you receive; acknowledgement is recorded.
• Do not share patient information outside the care circle without the administrator's consent.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Alert delivery is best-effort. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service — including missed reminders or alerts.

Changes

The administrator may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
